Cancelation Policy

Monthly Memberships

✓ You can cancel your monthly membership at any point in time. 

✓ Cancelation will come into effect the month after you cancel.

Yearly Memberships

✓ Yearly membership plans will automatically renew.
✓ You can choose to cancel a month before the renewal date.

First come, first serve

✓  Every event will have priority reserve seats for members.

✓  Members will be informed about the event and have first rights to reserve a seat at the events prior to the event being opened to the public.

✓  Every event will have priority reserve seats for members.

✓  If the event is full, we will start a waitlist and you will be contacted if someone cancels a seat. In case the event is a popular one we will inform you about the new date.
